- Assisting in the development of program data forms
- Acting as a resource to other clinical directors, managers and supervisors
- Auditing systems to ensure current conditions are considered
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BSN with MBA, MHA or MSN or related field
- Registered nurse
- Three to five years healthcare related work experience as a Director or Manager in a hospital, outpatient setting
- Background in productivity and setting labor targets
- Expertise in areas such as Med-Surg Critical Care, Perioperative Services
- Computer literate - MS Office
