Job Summary
A faith-based, non-profit hospital and medical group has a current position open for a Remote Registered Nurse Utilization Manager Reviewer in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Collaborative Care Management Model as a working partner with physicians, social workers, pharmacists & others
- Accurately applying decision support criteria
- Demonstrating proficiency with caseload assignment and managing complex cases effectively
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's Degree Nursing required
- 3 Years Utilization management experience in an acute or post-acute provider, health plan or other care company experience required
- 2 Years of experience in direct patient care as an RN required
- Recent or strong background in prior authorization preferably with Medicare or Medicaid experience
- Registered Nurse license upon hire required
