Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Registration Clerk in Fishers.

Must be able to:

• Process vehicle annual permit renewals for applicable clients during scheduled renewal periods
• Successfully complete the annual IRP renewals for applicable clients during scheduled renewal periods
• Manage ad hoc tasks associated with new equipment, replacement plates, etc.

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to quickly connect with people, establish a rapport, express empathy and project confidence
• Must possess a high degree of attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to multi-task
• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an extraordinary customer experience
• Effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Self-starter; proactive in solving problems, self-motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals
