Job Summary

A pharmaceuticals company has a current position open for a Remote Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotions Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing regulatory expertise for advertising and promotion of a prescription product
• Reviewing marketing materials that would be impacted by advertising and promotion regulations
• Becoming the expert on product launch materials and strategies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant industry experience
• 6+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with subject matter expertise in AdPromo
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to advertising, promotion for pharmaceutical products
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environment and FDA
• Strong work ethic and have outstanding organization and time management skills
• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite
