A behavioral health non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing compliance practices, procedures, and contractual performance
- Advising our Business Development, Business Operations, Finance, and People and Culture divisions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- J.D. with at least one state bar membership and eligible to practice in your state of residence
- At least five years’ experience in contract/grants management
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issue
