Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Regulatory Affairs Associate General Counsel in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of regulations
- Facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort
- Monitor regulatory changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 2-5 years of in-house or outside experience
- Have the ability to utilize existing knowledge or quickly acquire knowledge of ERISA/DOL and/or FINRA rules
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Have a law degree
- Have excellent writing and research skills
- Have adequate computer skills including MS Office, Outlook and Excel
