Job Summary

A biotechnology research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Regulatory Affairs Promotional Operations Senior Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Administering the process and system for review
• Coordinating and preparing regulatory submissions for advertising and promotional materials
• Scheduling and tracking project specific advertising and promotional activities

Qualifications Include:

• BA/BS degree (BS/BSc or BA)
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a regulatory or equivalent function with experience using electronic content management systems
• General knowledge of advertising/promotional regulations, guidelines and best practices
• Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions that contribute positively to the business
• Proven ability to deliver on goals within a cross-functional team/partnership environment with a high level of professionalism
