Job Summary
A student loan servicing company is filling a position for a Remote Regulatory and Compliance Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing timely implementation of regulatory guidance
- Remaining current with all legal, regulatory, and policy issues pertaining to the various lines of business
- Providing internal training support on compliance, consumer protection, and other related issues as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four-year degree required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to communicate complicated policies
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills required
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, judgment, time management, and presentation skills required
