Job Summary

A financial institution is filling a position for a Remote Regulatory and Legal Risk Attorney.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing legal counsel to support business objectives and mitigating regulatory, compliance and litigation risk
  • Leading complex legal assignments with a high level of business impact and delivering appropriate solutions
  • Proactively identifying and managing existing and emerging legal and other risks

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one state or a territory of the USA
  • 6 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney
