Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Regulatory and Product Senior Counsel in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing best practices and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing Telehealth and digital health
- Working cross-functionally and provide legal guidance to various internal functions in the business including new opportunities and product lines
- Reviewing product offerings, programs, and initiatives to spot legal issues and advise business partners on a variety of laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory/compliance law as a law firm corporate associate or in-house corporate lawyer in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor and law degrees
- Experience in the Telehealth industry
- Experience with government regulatory agencies
