Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Associate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing legal research and writing for both lawyers and the clinical/operations team
- Reviewing Business Associate and Data Use Agreements
- Advising on relevant federal and state healthcare regulations that impact our organization
Position Requirements Include:
- JD and are barred in at least one state with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York
- 3+ years of post JD relevant work experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Radical candor and comfortability working within an often ambiguous, high growth environment
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
