Remote Regulatory Associate Counsel

Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Associate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing legal research and writing for both lawyers and the clinical/operations team
• Reviewing Business Associate and Data Use Agreements
• Advising on relevant federal and state healthcare regulations that impact our organization

Position Requirements Include:

• JD and are barred in at least one state with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York
• 3+ years of post JD relevant work experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Radical candor and comfortability working within an often ambiguous, high growth environment
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
