Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Regulatory Compliance Associate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in developing materials for regulatory meetings
- Being responsible for counseling clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues
- Managing engagements with outside counsel to ensure effective and efficient use
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in one or more jurisdictions is required
- Five years of Legal experience advising clients directly or under the supervision of lawyers
- Juris Doctorate is required and 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry as inside or outside counsel
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
