A legal staffing company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Compliance Contracts Paralegal in Pittsburgh.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with legal to finalize drafts for vendor review
• Storing info related to deck/attendance/notices to Ems
• Managing and tracking contract review process

Qualifications Include:

• At least two years of process/regulatory compliance experience working with contracts
• Paralegal or JD
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, meet deadlines, succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
• Skilled in demonstrating strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
