Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining policy issue areas of interest to the Company
- Ensuring compliance with enacted legislation and regulations
- Identifying and tracking proposed legislation, regulations and sub-regulatory guidance of interest
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Skilled in analysis and ability to review and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of managing regulatory compliance efforts in an organization with a national presence
- Are passionate about Medicare and the members we serve
- Ability to build collaborative relationships throughout the organization
