Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Regulatory Compliance Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring changes and trends in federal/state healthcare laws, regulations and programs
- Assessing potential impact of regulatory and industry changes on operations
- Recommending appropriate actions to achieve compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, business, or related field required
- 4-6 years of experience in a health insurance environment or in a compliance program role
- Experience in researching, analyzing and interpreting regulatory requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with regulatory agencies
- Project management experience
