Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Regulatory Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing legal and regulatory risks
• Helping solve complex regulatory problems
• Monitoring legal and policy developments

Required Skills:

• JD from an accredited law school
• At least 5 years of experience with regulatory compliance matters in the telecommunications industry
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Knowledge of telecommunications regulatory issues outside of the U.S.
• Prior experience with satellite communications company
