A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Regulatory Finance Attorney in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a regulatory finance attorney on the legal team of a financial services company
- Handle regulatory inquiries, investigations, and settlements in connection with the FINRA, SEC, and SROs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to liaise with the SEC on regulatory inquiries
- Be responsible for Trade Blotters Regulatory-Enforcement
- Be responsible for E-Commerce
- Admitted to State bar
