Job Summary

A cloud-based computing software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Regulatory Managed Services Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
  • Solution and configure applications to meet customer needs
  • Assist with Regulatory processes including Submissions

Required Skills:

  • Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software
  • Customer service or consulting experience
  • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
  • Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
