Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Regulatory Platform Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a talented 5-8 person engineering team and accelerate their growth
- Identify and grow leaders within the teams, setting them up for success through mentorship and coaching
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong computer science and programming fundamentals
- 3+ years of experience managing a product development-focused Engineering team
- 5+ years of experience building modern, high-scale/complex distributed systems and services using tools such as Go, Kotlin, Kubernetes, AWS, etc
