Job Summary
A research company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Systems Specialist 2.
Must be able to:
- Support users across the portfolio of information systems
- Govern the systems in production by monitoring user challenges and issues
- Participate in system improvement projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to identify trends in end user issues and escalates for resolution
- Ability to deliver 1:1 or group training to end users
- Ability to develop support materials/tools for regulatory affairs system applications
- Ability to stay abreast of regulatory and industry changes
- Ability to prioritize and manage associated system change requests
- Ability to ensure that quality solutions are delivered to the end user
