Job Summary

A health technology and services company is in need of a Remote Reimbursement Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact and voice for all providers, patients and product/sales team
  • Serve as a patient advocate and enhances the collaborative relationship between the payer, HCP and patient
  • Manage a regional case load

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, and medical benefits
