Remote Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Reimbursement who will oversee Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospitals to ensure accurate Medicare and Medicaid contractual accruals and settlement estimates
• Monitor state legislative activity for Medicaid payment changes and file Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital audits
• Review and adjust accruals and reimbursement factors in accordance with Federal and State guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in acute care cost reporting hospital reimbursements required
• Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
