Remote Reimbursement Specialist III

Job Summary

A premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reimbursement Specialist III.

Must be able to:

• Prepare reimbursement submissions on behalf of Clinic for complex claims in a medical or managed care environment
• Function as an advocate for and a resource to clinic administration in the areas of reimbursement and managed care
• Conduct analytical research and provides expertise on pricing/reimbursement, precertification and predetermination matters

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience to include Medicare, reimbursement, medical policy or payor appeal requirements
• Must possess excellent phone etiquette
• Knowledge of medical devices and medical terminology
• Good communication and listening skills
• Detailed oriented and able to working multiple items simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
