Remote Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client requests and provide timely customer service
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and project management
• Track key performance indicators related to client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong customer service and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience using Asana or other project management tools is a plus
