A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Relationship Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Provide product support for customers both pre and post-sales
- Provide the engineering team with customers' feedback
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience as a Relationship Manager or equivalent
- Moderate to strong fluency in the blockchain space
- An ability to engage with customers to discern their product and partner-related needs
