Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Remote Relationship Manager in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of customer service, builds relationships to ensure retention, and facilitates organic growth
  • Serving as a liaison between the company, advisor, plan sponsor, TPA or any of their affiliates
  • Facilitating regularly scheduled client calls to discuss outstanding items and provide updates on company initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Experienced in coordinating and running client meetings in person and virtually
  • Knowledge of 401k plans and/or 403b, 457 plans
  • Basic understanding of the full suite of PCS Retirement products and services
  • 3-5 years of client relationship management experience required
