Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Release and Incident Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating, communicating, monitoring, and measuring release windows and the associated enhancements
• Coordinating, communicating and monitoring key initiatives
• Ensuring the success of responsible releases

Qualifications Include:

• Effectiveness in technology planning, operations, implementation delivery and development
• Working knowledge of business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations
• Knowledge of systems management, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
• Firm understanding of ITIL Incident Management principles and activities
• Firm understanding of CI/CD principles and activities
• Demonstrated, proven understanding and track record of high quality project management and execution
