Job Summary
A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Release Management DevOps Engineer in Reston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting all aspects of compilation failures
- Making final determination of compiler update and scheduling
- Evaluating and recommending the use of new versions of compilers currently in use
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel for team sprints and quarterly meetings
- 3+ years' experience using C++, Java, Python, csh/bash
- In-depth knowledge of Gnu, Intel and Clang compilers
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or bachelor's degree plus work experience
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with build tools such as make, CMake, Maven, Gradle
