Job Summary

A healthcare records management service has an open position for a Remote Release of Information Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Address and resolve customer issues through phone and written correspondence
• Assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality and proper invoicing
• Verify the patient identity and confirm that the authorization is valid

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to perform team-oriented job tasks with a conscientious awareness of detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Good computer and typing skills
