Job Summary
A consumer electronics and technology company is seeking a Remote Release Train Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Coach and mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mind-sets
- Build a trusting and safe environment where challenges are raised and explored with an emphasis on problem solving
- Assist with tracking the execution of the Epics, capabilities, features and stories
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on experience in scaling agile teams
- 8+ years of experience with Agile Methodologies
- Experience acting as a servant -leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent personal organizational skills and prior experience
- Experience on teams delivering modern software for enterprises using Agile methodologies
