Job Summary
A global healthcare consultancy is seeking a Remote Release Train Engineer Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee an Agile Release Train in the planning, prioritization, and coordination of work
- Work with Scrum Masters and other Release Train Engineers to “own” and be held accountable for the flow of value across a program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in Project/Program Management or Scrum Master role
- 3+ years prior experience with facilitating software development teams within a Lean-agile software product development method
- Basic understanding of Lean and Agile principles, metrics
- Lean and/or Agile certifications
