Job Summary
A religious institute of higher learning has a current position open for a Remote Religious University Chief Operations Officer.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the Admissions and Enrollment, Student Services, Information Technology Management, Finance and Registrar functions
- Lead the Business Operations Council.
- Serve in administration but manage high performance teams as well
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have a vibrant Christian testimony and agreement with the faith and ethos statements of the school
- Doctoral Degree from an accredited seminary or university
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in college, university or theological institutions
- At least 5 years of experience managing and supervising administrative teams
- At least 3 years in an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial role with proven capabilities of innovation and development
- Proven experience in managing the institutional operations including Student Information Systems, registrar functions, student recruitment, enrollment, registration, finance, etc
