Job Summary

A religious institute of higher learning has a current position open for a Remote Religious University Chief Operations Officer.

Must be able to:

• Oversee the Admissions and Enrollment, Student Services, Information Technology Management, Finance and Registrar functions
• Lead the Business Operations Council.
• Serve in administration but manage high performance teams as well

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Must have a vibrant Christian testimony and agreement with the faith and ethos statements of the school
• Doctoral Degree from an accredited seminary or university
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in college, university or theological institutions
• At least 5 years of experience managing and supervising administrative teams
• At least 3 years in an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial role with proven capabilities of innovation and development
• Proven experience in managing the institutional operations including Student Information Systems, registrar functions, student recruitment, enrollment, registration, finance, etc
