A construction company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Remediation and Demolition Estimator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in bid and no-bid recommendations to Senior Management
• Maintaining resource libraries
• Ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must be willing to travel up to 30%
• Possess strong mathematical and computer skills
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Proficiency with all MS Office products
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities
