Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Remedy Developer in Glen Allen.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Installing and configuring BMC Remedy applications
• designing, implementing, and maintaining the Remedy Action Request System
• Proposing, recommending, configuring, developing, testing, and implementing solutions given these Remedy tools

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of >=ITSM 8.* development OR support experience
• Must have good knowledge of Local area network, TCP/IP protocol, internet connectivity and Databases
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Very good communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree with focus of applied sciences or engineering from leading institutes
• 3+ years of BMC Remedy Development
