Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Remedy Helix Technical Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Level-2 support for Helix ITSM SaaS
- Responding to and resolve all customer technical issues (via phone, e-mail, web)
- Working with engineering team on customer escalations and help fixing issues
Position Requirements Include:
- BS degree or equivalent degree
- Overall experience of 6-8 years in IT industry
- Strong experience with at least one of the following: ITSM, AR Server MyIT, SmartIT, Smart Reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of BMC-Remedy Products
- Experience with administration of Windows and Linux operating system
- Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills
