Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Remedy Helix Technical Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Level-2 support for Helix ITSM SaaS
  • Responding to and resolve all customer technical issues (via phone, e-mail, web)
  • Working with engineering team on customer escalations and help fixing issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS degree or equivalent degree
  • Overall experience of 6-8 years in IT industry
  • Strong experience with at least one of the following: ITSM, AR Server MyIT, SmartIT, Smart Reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of BMC-Remedy Products
  • Experience with administration of Windows and Linux operating system
  • Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills
