Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and reconcile insurance remittance data using the company's software
• Review and interpret remittance details to determine appropriate next steps
• Ensure timely and precise posting of insurance payments to patient accounts

• Solid knowledge of the dental and orthodontic revenue cycle, including experience with EOBs and ERAs
