Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Remote Technology Client Value Executive I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with users on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage and resolve issues
- Partnering with sales peers for customer quarterly business reviews
- Gathering Voice of User feedback (competitive insight, use cases) and informing account team, as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to navigate the TU internal matrix
- Ability to efficiently and effectively address account issues
- 4+ years sales experience with direct interaction with large Financial Services customers
- Ability to learn and work independently while operating in a matrix environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
- Strong reporting acumen including advanced Excel and Tableau capabilities
