Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and transactions to drive resident growth and retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Negotiate lease terms and explain community policies to residents professionally
• Monitor personal performance against department objectives and communicate market trends to team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
• Preferred experience as a Senior Leasing Consultant or Leasing Consultant in a large community
• At least two years of customer service or sales experience, with a minimum of two years in negotiation
• Comfortable with high call volume and using dual screens for customer service
• Ability to handle complex situations and coach team members effectively
