A networking solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Renewals Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
- Create and manage the timely generation of renewal quotes per validation and auditing
- Coordinating with external parties and sales team to accomplish on-time renewals
Position Requirements Include:
- Three (3+) years of service renewal experience with an emphasis on a channel
- Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, and conditions
- Proficient with analytics and associated tools (i.e., Excel, Access, Tableau, etc.)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
- Results-oriented team player with strong attention to detail
