Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Remote Renovation Estimate Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and standards are met at every step of the process
- Review, modify, and approve millions of dollars worth of work
- Initial bids to the final signoff before a tenant moves in or the property changes hand
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years renovation experience, preferably in the Single Family Rental industry
- Experience developing and reviewing 100's of estimates, scopes, and work orders a month
- Home inspection experience, training experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- You'll need to be organized, quick, and decisive
