Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Renovation Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate loan applications
  • Communicate with loan originators and processors
  • Maintain a pipeline of loans

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimal travel <5%
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Experience with FHA 203k, Conv Homestyle and all one time close products
  • Three years mortgage underwriting experience required
  • DE/SAR certification with specialty in renovation lending
