Job Summary
A facilities maintenance company is seeking a Remote Renovation Sales Director in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring growth plans are met per market via process improvement, collaboration with other departments and internal resource allocations
- Managing a team of renovation sales managers
- Providing leadership and skill coaching, managing change, and making key opportunity assessments for the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
- Generally 9 years experience in related field including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
- 7 years progressive sales management experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in Construction or related field
