Job Summary

A facilities maintenance company is seeking a Remote Renovation Sales Director in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring growth plans are met per market via process improvement, collaboration with other departments and internal resource allocations
  • Managing a team of renovation sales managers
  • Providing leadership and skill coaching, managing change, and making key opportunity assessments for the team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time
  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
  • Generally 9 years experience in related field including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
  • 7 years progressive sales management experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in Construction or related field
