Job Summary
A rental property management firm based out of Portland, Oregon is seeking a Remote Rental Sales Executive in Portland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Outbound prospecting and handling sales qualified leads through telesales, video conferencing, and in-person meetings
- Collaborating with teams to identify opportunities, plan and execute management portfolio growth
- Working closely with local Operations and support staff to ensure owner satisfaction
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education
- Ability to generate sales opportunities and build trust with prospects over the phone, work with other team members, and close sales
- Grounded in ethical business practices
- Solid computer skills including experience with G Suite and cloud computing programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while positively representing the company
- Ability to set and exceed aggressive individual and organizational goals
