Remote Repair Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Repair Estimator (Remote) to support a high-volume environment in property claims and restoration.

Key Responsibilities

• Review photos and documentation to assess damage and determine repair vs. replacement scope
• Prepare detailed repair estimates and manage a high-volume queue of assignments
• Communicate with adjusters, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring estimates meet service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating, cabinetry/millwork, or property restoration/mitigation
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and repair techniques
• Experience writing estimates and interpreting scopes/photos
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with estimating tools such as Xactimate or Symbility is preferred
