Remote Replay Operator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Replay Operator will create, organize, record, edit, and play back video clips during live sports productions, collaborating closely with producers and directors while managing multiple camera angles for instant replays.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate replay systems during live events, demonstrating the ability to follow game storylines and create content with minimal direction
• Edit and compile highlight packages and teasers in real time to meet strict broadcast deadlines
• Monitor and select multiple camera angles to provide instant slow-motion replays of key moments, ensuring all technical setups are properly configured

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of practical live TV production or related experience in a large broadcast market or comparable collegiate level
• Advanced technical mastery of industry-standard EVS broadcast systems
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong understanding of professional and collegiate sports, including strategies and rules
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
