Job Summary

A workforce management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Reporting Analyst II in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
  • Establish relationships with the business units in order to understand their strategies and business reporting needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise to corporate and division customers for business reporting needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of four years working knowledge and experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL Skills
  • Advanced experience with one or more reporting tools
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Taleo, and/or Oracle Cloud systems, Workday
  • Knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Goals and Performance Management processes
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems with creative solutions
