Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Reporting and Data Analysis Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide leadership in motivating subordinates to accomplish reporting and data analysis goals and objectives
• Obtain resources to support business unit information needs
• Develop a strong team through training and effective organizational development practices

Qualifications Include:

• Prior leadership or management experience required
• Knowledge of IM technologies, organizational structure, and customer information needs
• Requires Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience leading project teams, or any combination of education and experience
• Effective communication skills, including facilitation, consultation, negotiation and persuasion
