Job Summary
A payment processing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Reporting and Speech Analytics Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Design contact center Customer Experience solutions
- Recommend contact center business or process improvements
- Analyze data from contact center projects and reports on performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience applying reporting creation, database mapping and SPL programming skills
- Experience working on core contact center SLA’s and drivers
- Experience in building client and vendor relationships
- Experience working on mid-size projects
- Experience providing expertise to supplement available tools for customer queries
