A digital customer engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Reporting Software Phone Ticket Customer Support.
Must be able to:
- Help support one of our unique clients via inbound phone calls
- Creates and supports reporting software for Emergency Services
- Helps make that process easy for our emergency service workers across the US
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience providing Customer Support via Zendesk
- Phone support experience
