Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Represented Casualty Adjuster.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating empathetically with customers and helping them through their claim process
- Investigating single and multi-vehicle auto accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury
- Reviewing the policy and decide how coverage applies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience partnering with an attorney’s office on injury claims and or with the injury evaluation process
- Willing to work flexible hours or weekends when our customers need you
- Value providing an effortless customer service experience
- A strong background in negotiation and conflict management
- Are organized, successful at time management and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Are known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
